Summary The Money Gate Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all processed units meet Glovis guide lines and Customer Quality Requirements and Expectations. Responsibilities & Essential Functions Primary Verify all accessories, PIO's, Lemon Law paperwork, and all other reference materials are accurate and in the correct location. Verify Accessories, PIO Installs, and Reference Materials, have been installed and are in the correct location. Place Lemon Law paperwork in vehicles that have state requirements. Ensure all repairs have been completed in the VPC inspecting process. Close out all accessories in the scanner after verification. Close out/scan all accessories. Communicate any scanning issues. Secondary Open Repair Orders and/or print blue bay tag depending on whether a unit is deemed "no good" or "okay to ship". Confirm with Confirmation personnel to see if units are OK for VPC OUT/Money Gate or if an RO has to be opened using hand scanner. If confirmation deems a vehicle as no good, open a repair orders using scanner (if an RO does not already exist). Place white copy on the dashboard and submit yellow copy to GQMS personnel. If the vehicle is found to have an issue and is not signed off, add destination to Repair Order or Issue Sheet. If vehicle is identified as "ok to ship" perform out scan and print blue bay tag for the exit driver to identify the exit side staging location. Tertiary Meet Quality Standards and ensure conformity to departmental guidelines/processes while maintaining a safe work environment by following all safety guide lines. Fulfill Money Gate duties according to the SWIS, customer guidelines, policies, and departmental procedures.
