Summary
The PIO (Port Installed Options) Parts Inventory Analyst will support the Warehouse Parts Manager by providing daily, detailed analysis of PIO parts inventory positions and forecasts. This position will focus on the forecasting, ordering, receipt, issuance, reconciliation of and any necessary disposals of PIO parts inventory. They will work closely with the suppliers to ensure that parts are available in time and in sufficient quantities to avoid interruptions to vehicles processing activities.

Responsibilities
- Inventory Monitoring:
- Regularly monitor inventory levels to ensure alignment with sales forecasts and demand patterns.
- Conduct routine audits to verify the accuracy of inventory records.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators and present findings to management.
- Forecasting and Planning:
- Collaborate with the planning and procurement teams to develop accurate demand forecasts.
- Assist in developing inventory strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
- Order Management:
- Generate and process purchase orders based on inventory requirements and supplier lead times.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Cycle Counting:
- Implement and manage regular cycle counting processes to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in inventory control procedures.
- Month End Parts Reconciliation
- Parts status checks performed before month end inventory audit.
- Count physical parts in warehouse monthly.
- Locate non-closed, installed parts to solve variance concerns.
- Analyze missing installs list from MOBIS before month end audit to close installed PIO on shipped vehicles.
- Participate in cross training exercises to be able to assist in other functional areas

- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and oral communications in English
- Operations management system experience highly preferred
- Database management system experience
- Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to adapt to change
- Must possess strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- High School Diploma/G.E.D
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Must hold a valid state-issued driver's license without restrictions
