Summary
The Administrator, Process Improvement position will assist with analyzing, optimizing and evaluating key projects that improve service quality, reduce cost, and increase efficiency. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting with implementations, data collection and analysis, problem solving and various forms of reporting and analysis.
Compensation
$68,000 - $74,000 Per Year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)
Responsibilities
- Project Implementation Assistance
- Serve as a consultant to internal business units within the organization
- Work closely with manager to assist each project implementation is on schedule
- Effectively review / audit current operational and administrative processes
- Draw process flowcharts or use stimulation software to simplify and standardize processes
- Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems or procedures
- Utilize tools to simulate, forecast and identify potential impact before change of process
- Drive the standardization of new processes and the implementation of best practices
- Assist departments with the execution of approved projects
- Schedule and facilitate meetings related to projects
- Manage administrative documents and maintain operating records and standards
- Reporting and Analytics
- Develop Excel and Power BI models for operations and logistics data analysis and reports
- Analyze and interpret logistics data involving forecasting, production, inventory, transportation or performance (KPIs)
- Collect and analyze data from system reports and on-site
- Supervise compilation and evaluation of statistical data to determine and maintain quality, efficiency, and profitability
- Lead enhancing or developing ways to visualize key insights for stakeholders
- Process Evaluation & Improvement Planning
- Assist and provide feasible advice to departments and field locations on improving processes for achieving better KPIs
- Strategically communicate with stakeholders to allocate existing resources for effective improvements
- Research for new technologies, solutions in the market, successful case studies and compile proposals to stakeholders on current challenges or hidden threat

Qualifications
Skills
- Strong communication, critical thinking, problem solving, planning and organizational skills Preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills Preferred
- Advanced Computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint Preferred
- Experience with Python, SQL, R or Power BI is highly Preferred
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Master's Degree Preferred
- 5-8 years of experience in Data Analytics, Process Improvement, Quality, Supply Chain Management Required
- 6-9 years of experience in Data Analytics, Process Improvement, Quality, Supply Chain Management Preferred
- Six Sigma Green Belt certificate or license Preferred
