Summary

The Assistant Manager in the Treasury Team will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), banking, and cash management functions. The ideal candidate should be a dynamic leader with a strong background in accounting, possessing excellent Excel skills, adept at data analysis, and skilled in implementing new technology and automating work processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily AR and AP operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Supervise banking activities, including reconciliations and cash flow forecasting, to optimize liquidity management
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to support decision-making
  • Assist the manager in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports that integrate AR, AP, and treasury data
  • Ensure that reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance treasury processes and systems
  • Assist in the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
  • Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to team members on treasury processes and systems
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed to support the overall goals of the organization
• Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required

Compensation Range

• $86,000 - $96,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

• Proficient in SAP Preferred 

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Master's Degree Preferred 
• 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Treasury, or related field Required 
• 7 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Treasury, or related field Preferred 
• Training of 3 months Required
