Summary
This position will be responsible for completing daily inspection procedures for the FIL department.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspection role in the FIL department
- Inspect each vehicle completely in assigned area in a prompt, detailed manner.
- Must learn each inspection position completely, and apply knowledge learned in performing job.
- Fulfill inspection duties according to customer guidelines, policies, and procedures
- Perform inspection per Standardized Work Instruction Sheet, recording any defects found outside company specifications per Glovis policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and peers
- Communicate any issues found with Gloivs and KMMG team members to ensure that defects outside of Glovis specifications are noticed and repaired.
- Work closely with internal/external customers
- Work closely with fellow Glovis and KMMG members on the FIL line to ensure quality vehicles are produced.
- Other duties as assigned

- Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or scheduled form

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma/G.E.D.
- 1 year experience preferred
- Must hold a valid Driver's License and good driving record

- Typical office environment with low-level noise exposure based in a plant manufacturing/warehouse setting.

- The position is based out of West Point, GA office at a plant manufacturing/warehousing environment.
- Communication with employees and field partners will be primarily conducted via phone and email.
