Job description
Glow Med Spa is currently seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to work 30-35 hours a week at one of our beautiful Spas or Waxing Station! We are currently hiring for our Lakeside, Shortpump, and Midlothian locations, so if you have a preference, please reference this in your cover letter.
You will be the FACE and VOICE of one of Glow Med Spa's amazing locations, so exceptional customer service and professionalism is a must. We are looking for someone who is capable of greeting and orientating guests within our spa's facility, handling all transactions at the front desk as well as having the ability of taking care of the cleaning/stocking needs of the spa. If you're wanting to work at Carytown's Waxing Station, please know that fun & bright make up is a requirement.
Your responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
Checking clients in/out, answering phones, scheduling appointments, taking payment, as well as keeping the lounge, bathrooms and other guest areas neat, clean and stocked with all amenities. As a front desk coordinator, you will be helping all the Estheticians, Waxing Techs as well as Massage therapists on the team with any questions they have about client history or making changes to schedules when needed. As Spa attendant you will be in charge of flipping rooms and making sure that the spa is on point and the therapists have what they need.
This position requires someone who is 100% reliable, enjoys moving quickly, can multi task as well as take on a high level of responsibility with a sense of ease all while looking professional at our front desk.
Having reliable transportation is required. Our hours of operations are 10-6 Mon through Fri and 10-5 on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and holidays.
A professional phone voice and appearance is a requirement for this position.
