Position: Practice Manager
Reporting To: CEO/Owner
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Manager to lead our medical aesthetics practice. The manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining a welcoming, luxurious atmosphere while ensuring adherence to processes, enhancing team productivity, and maintaining high levels of patient satisfaction. Education and Experience:
High School diploma required; college degree preferred
1-2 years of experience in a medical spa or medical office, preferred
Management experience preferred
Essential Skills and Abilities:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the medical aesthetics or wellness industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of medical aesthetic treatments, products, and equipment
- Ability to sell products, services, and memberships effectively
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage daily operations of the medical aesthetics practice, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring all clients receive personalized care
- Train and supervise staff to deliver high-quality treatments and services
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue goals
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures
- Conduct employee orientation and ongoing training to ensure staff is knowledgeable and up-to-date on treatments and products
- Interview, hire, and evaluate staff members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the practice facility
- Collaborate with vendors to source products, equipment, and supplies
- Stay current on industry trends and developments
