Glow Medspa Houston is Houston's busiest medspa... We do more laser hair removal procedures than ANY other med spa in the area, along with our other services. We're currently hiring for a receptionist/scheduler to accommodate our increasing appointments.
Hours of Operation:
Tuesday - Saturday: 1:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Compensation:
Some of our front desk staff make $700-$900 per week while others make less. It really depends on how proactive you are with following up with leads, selling over the phone, and scheduling.
Probation Period: $13/hour - See 'Daily Bonus Opportunity' section
*Probation period lasts until your manager feels you can completely handle your tasks independently. Probation is usually 2-3 weeks.
After Probation Period: $14.00/hour 2% commission daily and weekly bonus opportunity
Daily Bonus Opportunity - $100 bonus opportunity PER DAY for every $1000 in sales. Think of this as increasing your hourly pay. You can get a $14 per hour increase in pay for hitting goal EACH DAY.
Weekly Bonus Opportunity - $200 - $300 depending on sales goal achieved.

Full Training offered
Fluency in English is mandatory, Spanish is preferred!
