We at Glow Networks are seeking two PLM Administrators, One will be based in Phoenix AZ, and may work remotely. The other will be based in Clearwater, FL; this person may be required to report to the office. In this job, you will use your expertise with Siemens Teamcenter to manage the product lifecycle. We are seeking Teamcenter Administrators with 5 years of experience with using and maintaining TCE. Primary Functions :
Support multiple instance of Siemens' Teamcenter application.Maintenance patching, and upgrades to the core Siemens Teamcenter application.Configure interfaces / integrations of third-party tools to Teamcenter.Maintain network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to vendors.Perform system monitoring and verify the integrity and availability of hardware, network, and server resources and systems.Review system and application logs and verify completion of scheduled jobs, including system backups.Analyze network and server resource consumption and control user access. Install and upgrade software and maintain software licenses.Additional Functions :
Assist in network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination between network and data communications hardware and software.Perform and support client-side application software installation, and configuration of the Teamcenter PLM Rich Access Client (RAC).Provide troubleshooting support using application logs and Windows logs.Attend and contribute in Teams collaboration meetings for new requirements, troubleshooting / diagnosis, monitoring, and server side application support.Assist with documenting processes and procedures and keeping documentation updated.SKILLS and EXPERIENCE REQUIREMTS :
