Studio Leadership :
Lead and develop the careers of a studio team, consisting of Studio Guides (front desk) and Estheticians (service providers); being the direct line manager for the Studio Guide TeamMaintain studio(s) to Glowbar standards, ensuring all Studio Guide and Esthetician duties are adhered toSustain a friendly, compassionate environment, ensuring that each client receives an extraordinary, memorable experience as they navigate through the space and our retail assortmentEnsure studio teams are adequately supported during training and day-to-dayProvide feedback to Studio Manager on progress and challenges, paired with suggestionsFunction as Manager on Duty when Studio Manager is out of studio and providing coverage as needed at 1 or 2 studiosElevate the tone and culture of the studio as a brand ambassador and hospitality championStudio Support :
Collaborate on scheduling, ensuring staffing accuracy and schedule optimizationSupport inventory management and forecasting to ensure accurate replenishment levels and retail and professional product availabilityManage all client support conversations stemming from studio inbox, client surveys (NPS) and Google reviewsAssist with facilities ticket management and audits in collaboration with the Operations teamParticipate in marketing events onsite / offsiteREQUIREMENTS :
2 year(s) of hospitality management experience (i.e. fitness, restaurant, retail, hotel, salon / spa, etc.) with a proven track record of superior team management and customer service; experience opening a store / studio from the ground up a plusMust love hospitality and interacting with peopleMust love being a servant leader and prioritizing feedback and development for the studio teamStrong understanding of retail operations, policies, and proceduresMust have the ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environmentMust be a forward-thinking problem-solver with a strong work ethic who has compassion for employees and clientsPassion for beauty, skincare, learning and trying new things every day!Must have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule - must have weekend, holiday, and some early morning / midday / late evening weekday availabilityMust be willing to travel within 10 miles to other locationsBenefits :
