Requirements:

- Must be able to professionally clean a 2,000 sq ft 3 bed, 2 bath home on your own. We do some training, but we need someone who is experienced enough to do a task like this with little to no supervision. Please do not apply for this job if you do not already have house cleaning experience.

- Must have reliable transportation

-Must be prompt and timely

- Must pass background check

- Must have your own equipment as this is a contract position

- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning

- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently

- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks

- Excellent communication skills

Here are the Duties:

- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing

- Vacuum carpets and rugs

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas

- Make beds and change linens

- Launder and iron clothes occasionally

- Empty trash containers and dispose of waste materials properly

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
