Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in various areas of law, including but not limited to Bankruptcy and Social Security Disability.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and motions.
- Represent clients in 341 Meetings of creditors and in court.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on matters related to mostly Bankruptcy but some Social Security Disability
- Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures.Experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar association.
- Experience or coursework in Bankruptcy is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A commitment to providing high-quality legal services and advocating for clients' best interests.

You would be in office 3 days per week and you may work from home 2 days per week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
