Description
- Primarily responsible for training new drivers on Company and regulatory procedures to safely operate Company vehicles and deliver petroleum products.
- Perform safety inspections on trucks, equipment, and/or facilities as required.
- Administer Driver road tests.
- Perform new hire Driver evaluations through checklists and observation.
- Emphasize safety concepts, principles, and procedures.
- Works closely with the Safety Department to ensure training needs are met.
- Drives as needed in areas we may be short-staffed.
- Fulfills administrative responsibilities and other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Must have a valid Class A CDL, hazmat and tanker endorsements, and an up-to-date medical card.
- Knowledge of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs) and all applicable CDL regulations at state and federal levels.
- Ability to travel frequently.
- Must possess basic computer skills.
