Job Description:

As an Contract Sales Person, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of Nature Care. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and secure new maintenance contract opportunities with residential and commercial clients. Your passion for landscaping and strong sales acumen will allow you to build lasting relationships with potential clients and showcase the benefits of partnering with Nature Care for their landscaping needs.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively seek out and generate new leads for landscaping maintenance contracts through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and door-to-door canvassing.
• Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide tailored solutions that align with Nature Care's services.
• Create and present compelling proposals and quotes to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our landscape maintenance contracts.
• Collaborate with the Nature Care team to ensure smooth contract onboarding and effective communication with clients.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries promptly to convert prospects into satisfied clients.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and landscaping best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute significantly to the company's growth.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales, with at least 5 of experience in a B2B or B2C sales role, preferably in the landscaping or related property maintenance industry.
• Strong understanding of landscaping and outdoor maintenance services, allowing you to effectively communicate the value of Nature Care's offerings to potential clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and convey complex ideas in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A passion for sustainable practices and a commitment to promoting eco-friendly landscaping solutions.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
