Maintenance Technician
Location: Three Bakers, Moscow, PA

Reports To: Maintenance Manager
Hours: 4:00PM - 2:00AM
Monday - Thursday
Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician at Three Bakers is responsible for maintaining and repairing production machinery, equipment, and performing grounds keeping duties to ensure smooth and efficient facility operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot repairs on commercial production machinery, including depositors, mixers, ovens, and other equipment.
- Conduct occasional grounds keeping tasks such as snow removal and facility upkeep.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Capability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent bending, reaching, and movement around the facility.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a food production environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of mechanical, Pneumatics, PLC (programmable logic controls), Machine electrical including three phase, HVAC, Hydraulics are preferred
