Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing team as Door-to-Door Field Marketing Representatives. This is a dynamic and flexible position that offers the opportunity to engage with homeowners, educate them about solar energy, and generate leads—all while earning performance-based commissions with no ceiling on your earnings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Door-to-Door Canvassing: Engage homeowners in meaningful conversations about solar energy and its benefits.
- Educate Homeowners: Provide clear, accurate information about solar energy, environmental benefits, and financial incentives.
- Generate Leads: Qualify and capture information from interested homeowners, creating leads for the sales team.
- Build Rapport: Establish trust and relationships with potential customers by actively listening to their needs and addressing concerns.
- Meet Targets: Consistently meet daily and weekly goals for leads and appointments set.
- Report Progress: Track and report activities, including the number of contacts made, leads generated, and appointments scheduled.
- Maintain a Positive Brand Image: Represent Glyde Solar professionally, adhering to ethical standards and local regulations.
Qualifications:
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to engage effectively with a wide range of people.
- Sales or Customer Service Experience: Preferred but not required.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Positive Attitude: Professional, friendly demeanor when interacting with potential customers.
- Resilience: Ability to stay motivated despite rejection while working door-to-door.
- Knowledge of Solar Energy (Preferred): Basic understanding of solar energy is a plus, but we’ll provide the training.

Compensation:
This is a performance-based, 100% commission role with no ceiling on your earnings. While entry-level positions typically earn between $80,000 - $150,000 annually, top producers excel quickly through the ranks and can earn double or even triple that income as they move into higher positions.
