Role Overview:
As a Door-to-Door Sales Leader/Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a dynamic sales team to drive growth and customer engagement. You’ll play a key role in training and developing sales representatives, setting team goals, and achieving sales targets while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing door-to-door sales team
- Set clear sales goals and create strategies to achieve them
- Drive customer acquisition through direct, in-person sales efforts
- Maintain a high level of team morale and performance
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to sales representatives
- Foster a positive team culture while ensuring alignment with Glyde Solar’s values and mission
- Monitor sales performance and report on team progress
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to customers
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in sales, particularly door-to-door or direct sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- A passion for solar energy and sustainable solutions
- Self-driven with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Previous experience in a solar or renewable energy-related role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or sales certifications are a plus
