POSITION SUMMARY :

Glyder Apparel is looking for a talented and experienced Technical Designer to join our team full-time at our Santa Ana, CA headquarters. As a crucial part of our team, you’ll be at the forefront of creating high-quality activewear, ensuring excellence from design through production. Annual salary depends on experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead technical design for men’s activewear, overseeing all phases from concept to final production.
• Collaborate with overseas suppliers to manage all stages of product development.
• Conduct fit sessions, review samples, and provide precise technical specifications to meet our quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with Production and Sales teams to coordinate design, quality, and customer requirements.
• Oversee pattern adjustments, grading, and garment construction to ensure optimal sizing and fit.
