Glydways is looking for an outstanding product designer to join the Design team and build phenomenal end to end rider and operator experiences. Our unique product offering presents entirely new experiences both for the rider and the team of operators managing our systems. Roles & Responsibilities : Research and design multi-sensory experiences for riders & operatorsResearch, test, and synthesize findings into actionable insightsTranslate complex systems and user needs into effortless rider and operator experiencesCommunicate UX concepts using low and high fidelity deliverablesWork in a loosely structured organization, while delivering high-quality work efficientlyStrong collaboration and leadership skills working with engineering and product teams to deliver great experiencesKnowledge, Skills and Abilities :
10 years of experience designing applicationsExpert knowledge of user-centered design principlesCreative and innovative problem solvingProficient in modern design programs; Figma, Photoshop, or other design tools
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment in California is expected in the range below.
150,000-$205,000 USD plus stock options, commensurate with experience
