Human Resources Department Classification and Compensation Pay Plan Internship

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department heads and division managers to redefine job descriptions, analyzing the functions of each position.

• Assist in reclassifying job descriptions based on related duties and responsibilities.

• Ensure all job descriptions comply with ADA and EEO requirements.

• Participate in meetings with HR management, staff, and stakeholders to facilitate project progress and learning opportunities.
