Responsibilities
About the role
The Sr. Digital Strategy and Operations Analyst is responsible for efficiently scaling digital technology and marketing capabilities and will play a pivotal role in the development and execution of our digital technology organization. This role will work closely with other department stakeholders to support critical initiatives, drive organizational OKR's and establish performance measures. The Sr. Digital Strategy and Operations Analyst will promote knowledge-sharing and driving practice consistency within digital initiatives. They must possess strong communication skills as this position requires substantial collaboration with Executive leaders, other departments, and business partners.This role will drive and direct the development and sustainment of organizational readiness strategies, plans and activities that drive transformation, maximize employee adoption, and minimize risk and resistance.
In this role you will:
- Lead project/program lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Contribute to goal accomplishment and has the ability to build effective partnerships with stakeholders and other key business units to deliver coordinated and consistent experiences across products, lines of business, channels and campaigns
- Work to understand and identify issues to resolve and look for win-win solutions for long and short term goals and objectives
- Partner with leadership to understand and help translate broad strategies into specific action plans to achieve strategic objectives and improve results
- Set a standard for excellence to ensure high quality of delivery, continuous improvement, and innovation
- Be responsible for development of ad hoc analysis and presentations for leadership
- Assist leadership with preparation and maintenance of detailed and comprehensive documentation of processes and procedures
- Support leadership, Audit, Cyber, HR Business partners and other departments with Digital strategy and operational efforts
- Build partnerships, supports and gathers feedback with cross-functional teams including audit and cybersecurity to ensure Cyber Risk Exceptions are managed and mitigated based on defined processes
- Execute, lead and implement effective strategic program support for the Digital organization

- Ability to apply structured analysis methods to various types of data to establish trends, determine variability and business impact
- Proficiency with 365 Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint and Visio) and Microsoft SharePoint
- Successful experience facilitating meetings
- Strong interpersonal and management skills
- Understanding of business processes with an ability to identify and analyze organizational needs and gaps
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or additional equivalent experience required
- 3 years experience in the following required:
- Cookies, pixels, website, mobile app, and other tracking technologies
- Regulatory and compliance support
