Instructor Trainer

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Experience with instructional design and training materials of Information Technology applications or systems
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Excellent written communication abilities

Develop, implement, and provide role and scenario-based training materials (written, recorded, and in person) for the purposes of end users, external users, and administrators of the enterprise Grants Management System (GMS) in Salesforce. These positions will perform Instructor Trainer duties that will involve the creation of both written and recorded webinar training materials for agency and external users. These positions may be required to provide in-person training to system users, based on needs of the agency. Has a basic understanding of Electronic Information Resources (EIR) Accessibility and assistive technologies used by people with disabilities. Understands protocols for communicating with customers requiring special assistance to obtain required or requested information.
