ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.
Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and serve food and beverages following established recipes and portion sizes.
Ensure food quality and presentation meet the highest standards.
Assist in food preparation activities, such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and cooking menu items.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, including food preparation surfaces, utensils, and equipment.
Follow proper food safety and handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety.
Restock and replenish food items, supplies, and condiments as needed.
Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and responsibly, following established cash handling procedures.
Collaborate with Crew members to ensure smooth restaurant operations, including coordinating with kitchen staff and servers.
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a polite and professional manner, escalating issues to the appropriate supervisor or manager when necessary.
Uphold the restaurant's standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and safety at all times.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with guests and crew members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and managers.
