Job Title : Technical Sales Representative

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Upstate New York. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the cutting-edge electronics and electrical products supplied by the manufacturers we represent. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
1.Customer Engagement :
Identify and engage potential customers in the Upstate New York region.
Understand customer needs and present appropriate technical solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
2.Product Knowledge :
Develop a deep understanding of our manufacturers electronics and electrical product portfolios.
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor products.
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers.
Provide technical support to customers addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction.
3.Documentation and Reporting :
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for purposes of reporting, forecasting and entry into CRM systems.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or Industry experience
Rf Experience is an asset but not obligatory
Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the electronics / electrical industry.
Strong understanding of electrical systems and components.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willingness to travel within the Upstate New York region.
