Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Regional Delivery Driver to join our team at GMCO Corporation. As a CDL A Class driver with tanker endorsement, you will be responsible for transporting and delivering our environmentally friendly road maintenance products to customers across the region.
The ideal candidate will have a valid CDL Class A certification, doubles and triples endorsements, and air brakes certification. They should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to operate an electronic logging device (ELD) properly and safely.
- Key Responsibilities:
- DOT Class A driving of truck and truck tractor combinations.
- Safe driving and adherence to all applicable agencies and governing laws.
- Operation of on-board ELD in full compliance with DOT rules and regulations
- Drive product/equipment to assigned destinations.
- Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
- Inspect truck before and after trip.
- Communicate to dispatcher any truck needs, maintenance issues, or problems.
- Facilities maintenance including shop and yard locations.
- Assist with handling and packaging of all products as needed.
- Assists with unloading of railcars at the locations.
Benefits:
