Retail Associate

In this role, you will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services, while recommending solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to work with the public by promptly addressing customer needs will make you successful in this role.

The Retail Store Associate will also work with internal teams to optimize the store for customer needs and demands. Maintaining product knowledge, managing item stocking, merchandising, and making recommendations to the purchasing teams to ensure our local market is served with the highest standard in customer service.

Requirements for success:

• Greet and direct customers
• Answer customer questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Recommend and cross-sell products for client needs and satisfaction
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Check customers out with point-of-sale software and pick orders
• Coordinate with the Retail Store Manager & Team to provide excellent customer service

Ideal candidate qualities include:

• Work experience in a retail environment is helpful
• Knowledge of, or desire to learn about, the retail sales process
• Basic math and computer skills are required
• Excellent communication skills and desire to engage with the public
• Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
