Here at GMET Communications we are looking for: A motivated, sales-driven and reliable Assistant Manager. Someone who will actively seek out/engage customer prospects, provide complete solutions for every customer and boost customer acquisition levels as well as profitability.
Specifically for our Duluth location, we're seeking out someone who will work well in a teamwork-based work culture, a complete professional; who's willing to provide world class customer service to our customers. Duluth is one of our top sales locations, we need someone who'll take the job seriously and appreciate the competitive sales atmosphere
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, flyer marketing and social media
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Willing to learn and apply best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously try to improve through feedback
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail or store management is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with a focus on achieving targets and driving market growth.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills to interact positively with customers and staff.
- Experience in wireless sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with cash register operations is required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends as needed.
