Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Actively sell products and services while promoting upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and easily accessible. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to company policies. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Skills Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members. Experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred. Proficient in cash handling procedures and maintaining accurate financial records. Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.
