Duties

- Assist in supervising sales floor activities to ensure a positive shopping environment.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
- Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise and restocking shelves as needed.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and sales reporting.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating cash registers.
- Experience in supervising or leading a team is preferred but not required.
- Proven sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Familiarity with stock management processes and inventory control.
