Responsibilities

- Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team targets.

- Utilize Salesforce to track sales performance, manage accounts, and report on key metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all stages of the sales process.
Experience
- Proven experience in technology sales or related fields, with a focus on outside sales.
- Strong skills in business development and account management.

- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is preferred.
