Overview:
GMG Americas, a leader in color management solutions, is seeking a dedicated and driven Inside Sales Development Representative to join our team in a full-time capacity. Based in our Hingham, MA office, this role supports sales efforts in the North American market with potential growth with the Latin American market, and desirable, for daily interactions with clients and prospects. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on building customer relationships, has an interest in technology and software, and possesses a foundational understanding of CRM systems.
Responsibilities:
· Lead Generation and Nurturing: Identify and qualify potential leads, managing them through the sales pipeline via our CRM platform.
· Industry Research: Conduct prospect mining using industry databases to discover new business opportunities in the Latin American region.
· CRM Management: Maintain and update a prospect database, ensuring effective follow-up and relationship management.
· Outbound Engagement: Conduct business-to-business outreach, converting cold calls into qualified appointments.
· Database Maintenance: Regularly clean up and maintain the existing customer database.
· Appointment Setting: Generate qualified appointments for Regional Sales Directors by engaging new prospects in and handling objections.
· Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets to drive business growth and maximize customer satisfaction.
· Professional Communication: Exhibit clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written, in both , with an emphasis on exceptional customer engagement.
Qualifications:
· Fluency: Proficiency in spoken and written is desirable, potential support of Latin American market to effectively communicate with Latin American clients and prospects.
· Customer-Centric: Enjoys phone and email-based customer interaction and is skilled at engaging prospects.
· Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and an interest in tech-driven solutions.
· Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the printing, packaging, or color management sectors is a plus.
· Detail-Oriented: Highly organized with fast, accurate data entry skills.
· Independent and Self-Motivated: Capable of prioritizing tasks and working with minimal supervision.
