Help Wanted : IT Specialist

Are you a tech-savvy professional with a background in IT and a knack for troubleshooting? Do you have experience working with video lottery machines and surveillance systems? If so, we want you on our team!

Position : IT Specialist

Location : Sioux Falls, SD

Key Responsibilities :

  • Install, configure, and maintain video lottery machines and surveillance systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair hardware and software issues.
  • Ensure all systems are compliant with industry regulations and standards.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements.

Qualifications :

  • Proven IT experience, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with video lottery machines and surveillance systems.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols and security measures.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Preferred :

  • Certifications in IT or relevant fields.
  • Previous experience in a gaming or casino environment.
