- Experience in installing and maintaining automation systems
- Technical skills in wiring, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Knowledge of home and commercial technology integration
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Certifications in relevant fields (e.g., CEDIA certification) is a plus
