Key Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership : Lead or co-lead the project, ensuring efficient management of resources, timelines, and deliverables to achieve project goals.
- Technical Advisory : Serve as a technical advisor, providing insights and recommending best practices across IT domains (Infrastructure / Network, Application, API, etc.), tailored to the client's needs.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Stakeholder Management : Understand client requirements, adjust project directions as needed, and maintain strong communication with key stakeholders.
- Vendor / Partner Management : Oversee and manage vendor relationships, ensuring clear communication, adherence to work schedules, and high-quality deliverables.
- Communication : Maintain regular and transparent communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to track progress, resolve issues, and align expectations.
- Proactive Problem Solving : Identify potential challenges and provide effective solutions to keep the project on track.
