What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper position at GMPS, LLC?
We are looking to hire a full time groundskeeper to assist in the daily grounds maintenance at several apartment communities in Royal Oak/Madison Heights.
Daily duties include but are not limited to:
- Property grounds cleanup
- Demolition projects
- Assisting maintenance in moving appliances/supplies
- Assisting with special grounds projects as directed by the property manager(s)
The ideal candidate is someone who is able to work independently and has reliable transportation.
