As our Market Manager, you will be responsible for managing a flexible portfolio of brand activations within retail environments. They are the designated lead for the market they are assigned to, and responsible for all golf related activities that take place within the market. They will continuously develop opportunities for brand growth, seeking out and establishing relationships with key contacts. They are skilled in building relationships and are adept at planning, scheduling, and performance analysis for non-retail activities that support the scope of the program's initiatives within the market.
The Market Manager is also responsible for building and managing high-performance teams. They are competent in meeting the objectives of the program while maintaining a continuous posture of compliance. This includes the ability to accurately evaluate, coach, and when needed, develop performance plans supporting each of their direct reports to be successful in their respective roles.
The Market Manager maintains accurate records and provides timely reporting of activity performance and inventory assigned to the market. This position requires routine travel within the market and periodic mandatory travel overnight to attend meetings, trainings, and perform market visits.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Business to Business Partnerships. You have a strong ability to contractually sell-in program participation with venue owners. You have sales, business to business service or consumer engagement experience (ideally 5 years).
- Autonomy. You have strong judgement and decision-making skills that allow you to make team decisions with the market independently and when partnering with local business partners.
- Skills. You have meticulous merchandising, collaboration and presentation skills. You are confident in your ability to track, monitor, and establish goals and budgets through the program.
- Leadership. You will oversee or manager our Assistant Manager who will then manage all the brand ambassadors. You can be a resource for them as a leader when necessary.
- Schedule: You must be flexible in your work schedule to include days, nights, and weekends as your business partners may need.
- Team Mindset. You possess the ability to attract and retail talent that's hired for your team and have an action and result based mindset.
- Requirements. You must be 21 or older and are comfortable with working for a tobacco / nicotine brand.
