What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Supervisor position at GMR Marketing?
Reporting to the Account Director will be responsible for supporting Comcast’s event management portfolio. No two days are the same as you will manage multiple aspects across our client’s partnership and experiential marketing programming.
Comcast is one of GMR’s largest and most exciting accounts where we manage a portfolio of business including Xfinity’s national and local partnership portfolio, University and regional activation programs, Comcast Business’ proprietary events, Comcast DEI programs and more!
The person in this role will manage a variety of projects across the portfolio. You’ll have experience and flexibility to develop, implement, and manage all aspects of the program’s needs working with a cross-functional team across client, internal and external agency partners and vendors.
Planned programs will support business initiatives and strategies across all Marketing channels and ensure that each is managed and executed flawlessly, setting the team for future growth opportunities.
This is a Corporate Temporary position with a targeted end date of 12/31/24.The end date is tentative and subject to change.

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Client-Facing. You will manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a critical integrator across our team and the client’s brand partnerships team. You will execute and manage programs and deadlines daily, ensuring quality work is provided.
- Event Management. You have experience managing, planning, executing, and recapping tradeshows, customer and hospitality-type events. You’ll also manage multiple disciplines end-to-end, from invitation, travel logistics, venue selection/management, production details, and onsite oversight.
- Cross-Collaboration Effective Communication. You will build relationships with direct client contacts and be a subject matter expert in all facets of the event experience.
- Leadership. You demonstrate the ability to mentor and grow account service team talent, including training, mentoring, maintaining deliverables and timelines, and performance evaluation.
- Program Management. You have experience developing and managing program details to ensure that all elements are delivered on time and that all stakeholders can utilize the partnership resources provided. You’ll manage and reconcile complex program budgets across multiple event types and contracts from vendors, talent, food/beverage, and travel to support these efforts.
- Travel. Although we are a virtual-first team, you must be willing to travel for client meetings, onsite production, and event execution will be required, including weekends.

The annual range for this role varies between $63,000- $80,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s experience. Benefits for this role include health/vision/dental insurance.
