We’re seeking an experienced sponsorship professional to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Director, the Account Supervisor will provide consultation, management and execution support for a venue naming rights partnership. The position will manage all day-to-day executional needs associated with the entitlement in collaboration with GMR’s client as well as assist with other brand activation and engagement programs. To succeed and thrive in this role, you have demonstrated ability to:
- Lead partnership management and activation strategy
- Work directly with clients and properties
- Guide a cross-functional team of agency stakeholders
- Lead planning and execution of brand event activations
- Effectively manage deadlines for development of creative assets
- Organize and maximize use of property assets

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Partnership Consulting Experience. You have experience building partnership, activation, and measurement strategies for brands across various industries and sports properties. You will provide partnership program leadership, strategy, and best practices to the client and lead partnership management and activation strategy for a client’s naming rights partnership.
- Event operations and execution. You can take on an event and run with it. You will support various elements of program planning and execution including operational logistics, production oversight, vendor management, and local staff recruitment.
- Ownership. You have proven leadership skills with very high work ethic and initiative. You proactively bring ideas and solutions and are able to lead cross-functional teams with accountability for deliverables, timelines and budgets.
- Project Management. You are comfortable managing several projects at one time in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Client-facing. You have maintained effective relationships with clients and feel comfortable providing them with recommendations and updates. You'll utilize your strong client communication skills by leading status calls, sending post-event recaps, educating clients on their use of sponsorship assets, and offering recommendations to drive more value from their partnerships.
- Collaborative Cross-Functional. You are comfortable collaborating with multiple internal teams and external vendors to deliver unforgettable VIP experiences.
- Organized, Detail-Oriented and Deadline Driven. You have experience overseeing multiple clients and programs simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize and problem-solve.

The annual range for this role varies between $67,000 – $80,000 and may vary depending on the candidate’s experience. Benefits for this role include health/vision/dental insurance, 401k, employee stock purchase plan, vacation, personal days and paid holiday time. You are also eligible to participate in disability, life insurance, FSA/HSA plans subject to the terms and conditions of such benefit plans.
