As our Manager, Project Management, you are the communication liaison between our finance team and the internal teams you support. In your partnership, you will be positioned on multiple small to medium-sized projects supporting a senior-level project manager on a portfolio of work across a variety of service needs.
To thrive in this role, you have a general understanding of GMR's project lifecycle from new businss to reconciliation.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Program leadership. You will assist with project planning, estimating, scenario planning, and detailed scoping of multi-workstream programs. You will assist with project and financial reporting procedures across assigned projects – including scoping, resourcing, change management, and risk management. You will also proactively identify at-risk projects addressing issues and escalating issues as needed. You'll also track learnings and identify opportunities and implement for continuous
- Program management. You will aid in project estimates and SOWs based on Subject Matter Experts' (SME) input. You'll assist with workflow and change management for assigned portfolios of projects and monitor project financials to identify potential overruns, taking corrective action when needed.
- Collaboration. You will collaborate with the Enablement Office to establish best practice processes that meet client business needs. You will also partner with the Resource Planner to assign team members based on scope, budget, and timeline.
- Flexibility. We are a virtual-first team. You thrive in a remote work environment and have the flexibility to work across multiple time zones, domestically and/or internationally.
The annual range for this role varies between $46,000 and $56,000 and may vary depending on the candidate's experience.
