As our Coordinator, Resource Management, you will contribute to the seamless execution of Department responsibilities through reporting, documentation, and communication support.
This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel to create impactful reports and presentations.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Administrative & Process Support. You will assist with organization of resource management files and documentation while providing Resource Management process introduction and ongoing support for new staff.
- Communication and Collaboration. You can draft and distribute internal communications related to resource planning and team updates. You will work closely with client consultants, project managers, and peers to gather and organize key information.
- Presentation. You have experience creating, editing, and formatting PowerPoint decks for internal presentations, ensuring consistency, clarity, and visual appeal in reports and documentation.
- Data Management. You will assist in resource allocation, utilization reporting, and capacity planning documentation. You will support data entry and verification processes to maintain data integrity and adherence to established protocols.
The annual range for this role varies between$46,000 and $56,000 and may vary depending on the candidate's experience.
