Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled EXPERIENCED BLACK HAT SURFACE MINERS to join our team in a dynamic and challenging environment in the Man, WV area. As a Miner, you will play a crucial role in the extraction of valuable resources while ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site. This position requires a strong commitment to safety protocols and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
Duties
- Operate heavy equipment and machinery for excavation and material handling.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and work areas to identify potential hazards.
- Operate haul trucks, dozers, loaders, excavators, forklifts, and other heavy machinery as required for material movement.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, including haul trucks, excavators, loaders, and etc.
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of safety practices on refuse and mining operations.
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including lifting heavy loads and working in confined spaces.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on communication and collaboration.
- Previous experience in mining environments.
