- Assist in order fulfillment processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of shipments.
- Fabricate products as required, adhering to quality standards and specifications.
- Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and tracking purposes.
- Operate heavy equipment safely and effectively, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support shipping and receiving operations, including loading and unloading materials.
- Collaborate with warehouse management and supervisors to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Contribute to the overall maintenance of the warehouse, keeping work areas clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehouse management or as a warehouse supervisor is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge is an asset for troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely; certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
