Summary
As a Project Manager at GMS Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing mining projects from inception to completion. While based out of the Morgantown area, this position will require regular travel to different projects throughout the Eastern US.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage mining projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with engineers and labor teams to develop project plans and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet objectives.
- Ensure compliance with MSHA regulations and safety standards throughout all phases of the project.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
- Prepare detailed reports on project performance, including cost analysis and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Crew Leader/Foreman in the mining industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge relevant to mining operations.
- Familiarity with MSHA regulations and safety practices is essential.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
