Landscape Crew Member

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our landscaping team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various landscape maintenance tasks. This position requires a passion for the outdoors, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various landscaping projects.
• Assist in the installation and maintenance of hardscape patios, walls, and walkways.
• Conduct shrub/tree care activities such as pruning and planting under the guidance of experienced staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment after use.
• Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and safely.
• Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials.

Experience

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, or lawn care is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping is beneficial.
• Basic mechanical knowledge related to equipment operation is a plus.
• A strong willingness to learn new skills related to landscape care and maintenance is essential.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
