Position Summary
The Executive Director is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic, operational, and financial performance of the assigned GMT Care base. Reporting to the TMG COO, the Executive Director ensures alignment with the organization's vision and values while driving sustainable growth and excellence.
This position provides oversight to the Operations Manager(s), ensuring all aspects of the base run efficiently, comply with industry regulations, and meet high standards of care and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans in alignment with TMG’s mission and goals.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify growth opportunities, expand service offerings, and enhance organizational impact.
- Serve as a key decision-maker on critical base issues and initiatives.

Operational Oversight:
- Provide guidance and direction to the Operations Manager(s) to ensure consistent and efficient operations.
- Monitor organizational performance metrics and implement improvement strategies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and standards that promote operational excellence, in collaboration with TMG.

Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop leaders to foster strong, high-performing teams.
- Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement at all levels of the base.
- Ensure leadership succession planning and professional development initiatives are in place.

Financial and Resource Management:
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility and sustainability.
- Identify opportunities to optimize resources and reduce costs without compromising service quality.

Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the primary representative of TMG in interactions with clients, families, partners, and community stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies, funding agencies, and community organizations.
- Champion a client-centered approach to care and services.

Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure the organization complies with all legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
- Develop and oversee risk management strategies to safeguard the organization’s reputation and operations.

Reporting and Governance:
- Regularly report organizational performance, challenges, and achievements to the TMG senior management.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Administration, or a related field, or combination of relevant education and experience.

Experience:
- At least 7 years of leadership experience.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, financial management, and operational efficiency.

Skills:
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and resource optimization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), or a related field.

- 10 years of progressive leadership experience
- Proven success in leading organizational change and driving growth initiatives.
- Experience working with boards, governing bodies, or large stakeholder groups.
