Position Overview
The Regional Sales Director's primary function is to guide the regional sales team to the attainment of its sales and KPI goals; and to assist team members with reaching their personal and professional goals through coaching motivation and development.

Desired Qualifications
Required Education :
Minimum 4-year college degree
Experience :
A minimum of 8 years successful territory sales experience; preferably with increasing level of complexity and expertise. Minimum of 4 years tangible goods sales, preferable medical devices. Sales management experience preferred, but not required if experience includes management development.
Travel :
Extensive Travel - Ability to travel up to 75%
Total annual compensation for this position includes a competitive base pay, along with performance-based commissions that reward you for your contributions to the company's success. Depending on your work location, the annual base pay for this position may range from $120,000 to $130,000 and the total annual compensation, including at-plan commissions, may be around $240,000-260,000. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience. To remain competitive, GN offers a competitive benefits package, including annual bonuses, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and paid holidays.
