The Sr. Distribution Account Manager (Video) will be instrumental in advancing Jabra’s growth in the video collaboration market by managing and optimizing relationships with key distribution partners. This role will focus on enhancing distributor performance, expanding market reach, and ensuring the effective delivery of Jabra’s video collaboration solutions to partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Distributor Relationship Management : Build and maintain robust relationships with distributors, acting as their primary point of contact to ensure alignment with Jabra’s company goals.
- Performance Optimization : Develop and implement initiatives to enhance distributor performance, including setting sales targets, monitoring progress, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Training and Enablement : Ensure distributors are well-equipped to position and sell Jabra’s video collaboration solutions by providing product training, sales enablement tools, and ongoing support.
- Strategic Planning : Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align distributor strategies with overall company goals, ensuring consistent messaging and implementation.
- Sales Forecasting and Analysis : Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for distributor accounts, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with product, marketing, field sales, and support teams to address distributor needs and obstacles, ensuring seamless communication and support.
- Provide strategic support for distributors in the Western United States : including coordinating events, delivering training programs, and facilitating other enablement activities.
Qualifications and Requirements :
