Sales Trainer – Full Arch Specialist
Location: Remote (Must reside in AZ, UT, CO, or ID)
Travel: 50% Required (Client-facing, nationwide travel)

Your Role in Our Mission:
As a Sales Trainer, you are essential to transforming how dental practices engage with patients throughout their entire journey, from the first inquiry to treatment completion. Using your expertise in consultative B2C high-ticket sales, particularly in Full Arch dentistry, you will train clients to guide patients through life-changing dental restoration processes.
Your training ensures dental teams can effectively convert leads into consultations, close cases, and improve patients' quality of life with solutions that enhance both their health and confidence. You’ll work directly with dental practices, understanding their unique needs, and helping them elevate their patient journey and performance.
Your Impact:
You will lead training programs that optimize every touchpoint in the patient journey, from initial lead calls to consultations. With your 3-5 years of experience in Full Arch consultative B2C selling and a proven track record of results, you will enhance the sales skills of Lead Call team members and Treatment Coordinators — driving both practice growth and patient satisfaction through high-value procedures like dental implants.
By aligning patient care with revenue-generating activities, you will help practices scale strategically while delivering exceptional outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
- Present our comprehensive sales training program to dental clients, covering the entire patient journey, including lead conversion, financial presentation, and treatment consultation
- Train Lead Call team members to convert new patient inquiries into consultations through effective communication and trust-building
- Coach Treatment Coordinators to confidently close Full Arch and high-ticket procedures, always prioritizing empathy and ethical selling
- Educate teams on tailored financial presentation strategies (Healthcare Loans, HSAs, FSAs, reverse mortgages, etc.) to improve accessibility
- Build long-term relationships with practices, helping refine sales processes and elevate their revenue and patient experience
- Ensure all strategies and training align with both clinical integrity and business growth
What We’re Looking For:
- MUST have Full Arch sales experience with a proven record of success in closing and training within the dental space
- Based in Arizona, Utah, Colorado, or Idaho (West Coast required)
- Comfortable with 50% travel to work directly with client teams
- 3-5 years of experience in high-ticket consultative B2C sales
- Proven ability to train, coach, and drive measurable outcomes
- Strong communicator who can build trust and inspire performance
- Passion for improving lives through dental restoration and education
- Empathy and confidence in managing emotionally complex patient journeys
Bonus:
- Prior experience as an Implant Sales Consultant or in remote dental sales/operations is a plus
