We are locally owned at AL's Family GNC's locations. We treat our team as family. PT available with FT opportunities, Shifts:Mon-Fri, Shifts between 9am-8pm, Sat 9-7pm, or Sun 10-5pm. Very competitive pay uncapped commission. Starting pay is based on experience. Paid Vacation, Paid Time & 1/2 for Major Holidays, Paid Training, 401K. Opportunity for Advancement. Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate superior product knowledge in assisting customers and selling merchandise
- Answer product-based questions using knowledge from GNC training, merchandising bulletins, and other Company approved information
- Receive, check, and shelve merchandise; keep store clean and uncluttered
- Complete customer transactions using POS register system
- Perform register store open/close functions and bank deposits

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic math skills to count, add, and subtract
- Strong interpersonal skills and ethical behavior to manage the company's assets
- Excellent customer service skills to develop a relationship-selling culture
- High School Diploma or GED
