Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.

- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer shopping experience and increase sales.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately.
- Maintain organized stock levels on the sales floor and assist with inventory management.
- Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Experience
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette, are essential for interacting with customers.
- Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions and managing stock levels.
